The Youth Equity Project's The Family Voices Project explored the ways parents and caregivers help elementary-age children cope with bullying and racism and is featured in this month's Engaged Scholar e-newsletter

Dr. Jamie Wu’s co-authored study featured in a MiLEAP press release, “New MSU Study Highlights How Expanding Child Care Access Strengthens Michigan’s Workforce.” 

Awards, Grants & Recognitions

MSU Couple and Family Therapy Program students and faculty shared their research and expertise at the Intervention Research in Systemic Family Therapy Conference

Dr. Jamie Wu was awarded a five-year grant from MiLEAP, totaling $530,000 annually, to evaluate Michigan’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) beginning on September 1, 2025. The 21st CCLC grant is the sole source of federal funding dedicated to supporting out-of-school time programs for K–12 students in Michigan.
