Biography
Shannon Nobles, CHRS, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Relations and Policy, with a minor in women, gender, and social justice, from James Madison College at Michigan State University in 2007. After graduation, she began a career in community organizing around social justice issues in Kentucky, then moved back to her alma mater community to begin working in human resources, operations, finance and strategic visioning of nonprofits.
