Biography

Allison Trapp is an accomplished Early Childhood Educator with more than 20 years of experience. Her expertise encompasses curriculum development and implementation, program management, and teaching at both the preschool and college levels. Her pedagogical approach is deeply rooted in child development principles, with a focus on the Reggio Emilia approach and nature-based learning. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Early Childhood Education at Concordia University Chicago. She
