Biography
Aysoltan Maxudov (she/her/hers) is a doctoral student in the Couple and Family Therapy program in the department of Human Development and Family Studies. Her advisor is Dr. Lekie Dwanyen. Aysoltan’s research focuses on the study of culturally responsive systemic interventions for traumatic stress, global mental health, and mental health needs of immigrant and refugee families.
