Biography

Tanner Hickman (he/him/his) is a doctoral student in the Human Development and Family Studies department, with a concentration in Couple and Family Therapy. His advisor is Dr. Kendal Holtrop. Tanner’s focus and research interest surround parenting. This includes self-regulation in parenting, attrition in parenting interventions, better dissemination of evidence-based parenting interventions to underserved populations, fathers in parenting, and the timing of parenting interventions for families.
