Biography

Sarah Griffes (she/her/hers) is a doctoral student in the Couple and Family Therapy concentration within the department of Human Development and Family Studies. Her advisor is Dr. Adrian Blow. Sarah’s research interests lie within multiple aspects of the couple relationship. She is interested in studying relationship flourishing and relationship virtues within and between diverse cultures and contexts. ... She is also passionate about relationship education and adapting programming to diverse groups and cultures. As a clinician, Sarah especially enjoys working with couples and families with teenagers and integrating a variety of different therapy models and theories to the unique needs of clients.
