Hello, my name is Atikah Bagawan (she/her/hers) and I am a PhD Candidate in Human Development & Family Studies, with a concentration in Child Development. I am an international student from Indonesia, and I work closely with Dr. Sarah Douglas in the RADD (Research in Autism & Developmental Disability) Lab. My main interests are whole family approaches in intervention for families of children with disabilities, ... training and development for families and professional who work with individuals with disabilities, as well as culturally responsive intervention. These interests have led me to collaborate not only with scholars in our HDFS department, but also with scholars from MSU College of Education, University of Illinois, Vanderbilt University, and Niagara University. I also do community-engaged scholarship with various community members in the US and in Indonesia.
