Courtney Coscarelli has worked with the CDL since 2018 and moved to the role of Academic Specialist in 2023 and serves as the CDL’s Academic and Enrollment Coordinator.  Ms. Coscarelli brings teaching experience working with families enrolled through Head Start, GSRP, and tuition programs.  
 
Ms. Coscarelli earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Child Development from Michigan State. One of Ms. Coscarelli’s interests is implementing play-based curriculum through open ended materials and loose parts. Ms. Coscarelli has presented at local and state conferences in the areas of loose parts, pro-social development, and positive language skills.  
 
Ms. Coscarelli manages all enrollment for University Students and children at the CDL.  She is responsible for supporting accreditation data for our teacher preparation program.

Ms. Coscarelli supports the CDL operations through the strong relationships she builds with teachers, University Students, families, children, and our partner organizations.
