Courtney Coscarelli has worked with the CDL since 2018 and moved to the role of Administrative Assistant in 2019.  Ms. Coscarelli brings teaching experience working with families enrolled through Head Start, GSRP, and tuition programs.  She supports the CDL’s partnership programs in Haslett and CACFP.
 
Ms. Coscarelli earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Michigan State and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Child Development.  The focus of her Master’s program is professionalism in the field and early childhood quality improvement.  One of Ms. Coscarelli’s interests is implementing play-based curriculum through open ended materials and loose parts.
 
Ms. Coscarelli has presented at local and state conferences in the areas of loose parts, pro-social development, and positive language skills.   Ms. Coscarelli supports the CDL operations through the strong relationships she builds with teachers, University Students, families, children, and our partner organizations.
